Where are we located?
Sports World Canberra warehouse is conveniently located inside National Storage – Mitchell, in the heart of Gungahlin. We have put up a SWC flag & board as signage with instructions for customers to call before entering the premises. Upon receiving a call, SWC staff will open the main gate for customers to enter within no time.
What time are you open?
Please refer to our contact us section for opening hours as it may vary depending on season/offseason times. We are mainly a call away and can open the warehouse at times convenient to the customers. Our home page of the website also has details of mobile numbers to call and make an appointment with SWC friendly staff.
I can't seem to log into my account, what do I do?
Please request a password reset from the account login page by simply clicking on the ‘forgotten password’ option. Once you have entered a valid account email address a password reset email will be mailed to the email address provided. This is an automated process so the email should be sent almost immediately. If you do not receive this email, please check any spam, or filter settings on your computer as the email may have been flagged as spam or moved to a junk email folder. If you have changed email addresses and no longer have access to the original account email, you’ll either need to create a new account, with a new email address, or contact us to request a
password reset.

Is my bat ready to use immediately when I get it?
Can I request Items that you do not have?
Of course! We will do our best to fulfil your request, please email us info@sportsworldcanberra.com.au, while we can’t guarantee we will be able to stock the product, we will provide you with information on where you can find the product.
Does the Sports World Canberra price match?
Yes! The Sports World Canberra now offers Price matching, provided it has to be the same product/model that is getting sold at retail outlets/online stores.
The Item I want is ‘Out of Stock’, can I still order it?
Please contact the SWC , prior to purchase, through or email info@sportsworldcanberra.com.au to see if the product can be ordered in.
How long do the Custom-Made items take to arrive and how much are they?
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the items you have purchased. More accurate information can be given to you during the ordering process as various factors can change the timeframes. If you are considering anything from our custom range, it is advised that you speak to us by calling anyone of the mobile numbers mentioned on the contact us section and/or the website home page and we will be able to provide all the information required before you make your purchase. Custom made items include – Cricket Gloves, Pads, Caps, Kit Bags and Club T-shirts / Pants / Shorts – Cricket & Soccer.
When is your Catalogue released?
The annual Sports World Canberra online Catalogue will be released In the First week of August each year. You should receive your copy by email if you have made prior purchases from SWC and are on the registered customer list.
